Your 60% share is paid within 3 business days of each sale, by cash or Zelle — your choice, set in the agreement before anything is listed. Every sale is logged, so you can see exactly what sold and what your share was.
No. We answer every buyer message and schedule pickups at times that work for you. Pickups happen at your home with Yoruba or a Garage Gold rep present — you're never handing your address out to strangers on your own, and items don't leave until they're paid for.
If an item gets no inquiries for about a week, we lower the price 10% and can repeat that weekly — never below a floor price you set, and never below $10 without asking you. The listing term is 45 days. Anything unsold at the end is 100% yours: relist it, take it back, or have us arrange donation (with the receipt in your name when available).
We do — using recent sold prices for similar items, not wishful asking prices. You can set a floor (lowest acceptable price) on any item before it's listed, and you see the price list before anything goes live.
Yes — a simple one-page agreement in plain language, signed before anything is sold. It covers the 60/40 split, pricing, the drop rule, the 45-day term, and payment within 3 business days. Nothing sells without the agreement signed, and either side can end it with a text or written notice.
