A time that works for you. Yoruba comes out, shoots the 10-minute walkthrough video, and that's your whole job done. After that, our team prices everything from real sold comps and sends you the list.
You review the prices, set any floor prices you want, and sign the simple one-page agreement (60% to you, paid within 3 days of each sale). Then the listings go live and we handle everything from there.
